Role Description
We are seeking a territory builder for the role of Senior Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for SoSafe in the Nordics and Benelux regions. This role will focus on establishing and growing the marketing presence in these regions, generating demand, accelerating the sales pipeline, and driving brand awareness across these diverse and rapidly growing markets. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the demand generation strategy, aligning regional marketing efforts with business goals, and working closely with local teams to convert leads into high-value customers.
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to generate demand in the Nordics and Benelux markets.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities for pipeline acceleration and work cross-functionally to create high-impact programs and initiatives.
- Regional Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing programs, including demand generation campaigns, events, webinars, and account-based marketing efforts.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams in the Nordics and Benelux regions to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives.
- Content Localization: Collaborate with global campaign teams to localize content and messaging for the Nordics and Benelux regions.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of regional events to increase visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Market Research and Analysis: Continuously analyze regional market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to adjust strategies.
- Matrixed Organization Collaboration: Work seamlessly in a matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional partners, influencers, and industry associations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years in B2B field marketing, with proven experience in building and scaling demand generation and pipeline acceleration efforts.
- Deep understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and key industry trends.
- Proven track record in developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
- Previous experience working with local sales, product marketing, brand, communications, design, and other teams.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess the success of marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), CRM systems, and event management tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
