Role Description
This role involves being a strategic marketing leader who knows how to elevate a brand, engage audiences, and drive measurable business growth. The role will be instrumental in building our brand, expanding our market share, and establishing us as the leader in the industry.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including defining target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and selecting effective marketing channels.
- Lead generation and demand creation through strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Implement a data-driven approach to growth marketing, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to increase brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools that support the sales process.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content to educate the market and generate leads.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with potential clients and build brand awareness.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and secure positive press coverage.
- Track key marketing metrics and provide regular reports on marketing performance to the executive team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, brand positioning, digital marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience working in sports, technology, or digital media industries is a plus.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
