Role Description

You'll lead digital marketing work that helps drive customer growth, enrollment, retention, and revenue. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution. Your work will be measured by CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, revenue, and ROI.

• Own acquisition strategy, testing priorities, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Work closely with product, enrollment, sales, and web teams to improve the full customer journey.

How you'll make an impact:

• Build and run digital marketing plans that bring in customers who are ready to act and support growth across the full journey.
• Manage work from first click to enrollment, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
• Test campaigns, audiences, creative, landing pages, forms, and website changes.
• Use results to guide budget choices, improve conversion rates, and scale what works.
• Help improve search visibility through SEO, GEO, content, and technical updates.
• Keep reporting and attribution clear for partners across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

• Turn performance data into clear next steps for product, enrollment, sales, and web partners.
• Communicate in simple terms and share updates that help teams act.
• Ask questions, test new ideas, and adjust based on what you learn.
• Make decisions with care and keep customer trust in mind.
