[Hiring] Senior Digital Marketing Specialist @People Partners

Role Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support one of our Australian clients and take ownership of the channels where search intent meets measurable growth. Paid search and SEO are the headline acts. You’ll manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, drive SEO strategy, and turn clicks, searches, and website visits into qualified enquiries. You’ll also contribute across Meta Ads, content, website optimization, and organic social.

This isn’t a launch-it-and-leave-it role. You’ll own it, measure it, test it, and improve it—using performance data to decide what happens next.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Manage paid search budgets against cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale targets.
• Test ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and targeting.
• Execute technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and identify organic and paid search opportunities.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, lead attribution, and campaign reporting.
• Monitor enquiries, conversion rates, ROAS, organic traffic, and lead quality.
• Support campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Create and optimize copy for ads, blogs, landing pages, and organic social.
• Maintain website content, landing pages, forms, and tracking.
• Support website optimization and conversion rate improvements.
• Analyze campaign and website performance and recommend actions based on data.
• Connect marketing performance with lead and enrolment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience with measurable ROI.
• Experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Experience with technical, on-page, and content SEO.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Experience with CRM databases, attribution, and campaign reporting.
• Strong copywriting skills across ads, blogs, and landing pages.
• Website maintenance experience.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Exposure to email marketing and design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• WordPress experience.
• Google Ads/Analytics certifications.
• Digital marketing experience within fitness, health, or vocational education.
