[Hiring] Senior Digital Marketing Manager @Popl Co

Role Description

Popl is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital demand generation engine, including:

• Paid search
• AI search
• SEO
• Email marketing
• Website performance

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can run channels day-to-day, manage our digital advertising agency and channel contractors, and translate performance into clear, credible reporting for leadership.

You'll report to our VP of Marketing and work closely with our Head of Content on content strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in digital marketing, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience running paid search and SEO, including managing external agencies and holding them to performance standards.
• Demonstrated experience with AI SEO / AI search visibility tools (LLM citation tracking, AI Overview presence, answer-engine optimization).
• Ability to independently build reports and dashboards in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience building agent skills, routines, or automated workflows in tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Proven ability to build and present executive-level reporting, translating channel data into business narrative.
• Experience managing agencies and contractors for channel execution and content production, with strong editorial judgment (preferred).
• Bias toward data-driven decision-making and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment.
