Role Description

The Marketing Demand Operations Technology Administrator 3 is a senior technical consultant embedded within Hyland’s Demand Operations function. This role provides admin-level expertise across marketing automation and sales engagement platforms with a primary focus on AI optimization.

• Serve as a senior administrator for Demand Ops marketing technologies ensuring solutions align with platform best practices and internal governance standards.
• Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Design, develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end automated workflows across marketing operations, analytics, and other business functions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex automation, data, and integration issues across Marketo, 6sense Qualified, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
• Build Salesforce and platform reports to help show trends, patterns, and diagnostics.
• Design solutions that account for downstream impacts, reuse, and long-term supportability—not just immediate delivery.
• Proactively identify areas of success, risk, and opportunity for improvement across existing implementations.
• Make thoughtful recommendations to improve scalability, reduce technical debt, and strengthen overall Demand Ops operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, reviewing work and mentoring on solution design and system thinking.
• Operate as a trusted extension of the internal Demand Ops team executing work through established intake and prioritization processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience administering and supporting marketing technology platforms, marketing automation systems, or demand generation operations.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo administration including campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving marketing data, lead flow, integration, and automation issues.
• Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as 6sense Qualified, Google Tag Manager, and cookie compliance solutions.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analyses to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support business decisions.
• Strong understanding of automation concepts, system integrations, data governance, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex assignments and recommend scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
