Role Description

Senior CVM & Marketing Analytics – Banking

• 7+ years of experience in Banking CVM, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong experience in customer segmentation, cross-sell modelling, campaign eligibility, uplift, and incrementality measurement.
• Must have solid experience in the Banking industry.
• Experience in designing and measuring banking marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of banking commercial drivers, including:
• Product holding & cross-sell
• Deposit & balance growth
• Lending & card propensity
• New-to-bank acquisition
• Experience owning CVM use cases such as:
• Cross-sell
• Card activation & usage
• Balance growth
• Silent attrition
• Lifecycle & transaction triggers
• Good understanding of marketing eligibility and regulatory requirements, including suitability, affordability, credit gating, and auditability.
• Strong experience in control group design and incrementality measurement.
• SQL knowledge is required.
• Nice to have:
• Islamic Banking experience
• Customer Data Platform / Campaign Management Platform experience
• Experience working with Engineering teams to define customer attributes and segments.

Qualifications

• SQL knowledge is required.
