Role Description
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team. Your main tasks will be:

Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics;

Create business specifications with measured potential business effects;

Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.);

Analyze the results of the conducted experiments;

Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.);

Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts;

Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.
Qualifications

Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI systems;

Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.;

High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV, etc.;

English level B2 or higher;
-
Russian level C1+;

Experience with SQL would be a plus.
