Role Description
Senior Content Marketing Strategist exists to shape the stories, resources, and thought leadership that help people understand healthcare differently—and trust Redirect Health as a guide in a complex system.
In this role, you will:

Serve individuals, families, small businesses, brokers, and internal teams through clear, credible, and compelling content.

Be responsible for building and leading a multi-channel content strategy that supports brand trust, organic growth, and the full customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

Leverage AI tools to support content creation and iteration while applying strong editorial judgment and proven copywriting frameworks.

Own the comprehensive content strategy across website, blog, email, newsletters, social media, and long-form resources.

Support Marketing, sales, and customer success teams with content that educates, builds trust, and supports every stage of the funnel.

Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing, Direct Response Copywriter/Strategist, SEO partners, design, product, sales, and customer success teams.

Improve brand consistency, organic traffic, inbound leads, and audience engagement through high-quality, SEO-informed content.

Advocate for clear, human storytelling that makes healthcare easier to understand and positions Redirect Health as a trusted voice.

Strong collaboration and alignment across marketing, SEO, and paid teams.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content strategy, editing, or editorial leadership, ideally in B2C or B2B2C environments.

Experience using AI tools to enhance content and copy development, grounded in a strong understanding of marketing frameworks such as email sequences, funnels, and conversion-focused messaging.

Proven ability to create and manage multi-channel editorial plans.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail, structure, and narrative cohesion.

Experience collaborating with SEO teams or agencies; a solid understanding of SEO best practices.

Strong ability to translate complex healthcare or technical topics into clear, engaging content.

Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs.

Experience working with CMS platforms, content tools, SEO software, and cross-functional teams, including HubSpot and Birdeye, Sprouts Social.
-
Healthcare, insurance, or health tech background is a plus.
