[Hiring] Senior Content Marketing Manager @Loopio Inc.

Role Description

We’re seeking a creative and analytical Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be the key driver behind our content marketing engine—from owning the end-to-end production to strategizing our next play and distribution.

• Lead the team that creates content for current (and future) Loopio customers, focusing on driving awareness, intent, and loyalty amongst our target audience.
• Work with teams across the company (like Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People) to create and distribute content that moves the needle on our larger marketing strategies and company growth goals.
• Drive a content strategy that meaningfully engages Loopio’s target audience and impacts business results, leveraging impactful storytelling as our competitive edge.
• Manage our content strategy, production, and execution across a variety of formats—from short-form videos to larger, quarterly content projects which include original research as the foundation.
• Partner with teams across the business to protect Loopio’s reputation as a thought-leader, giving strategic guidance on content formats, topics, and more.
• Give direction to effectively scale Loopio’s presence in the market, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support quality across paid and owned channels.
• Manage relationships with freelancer, industry, and agency partners, while pushing hard enough to achieve meaningful results for our initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics associated with our content marketing success, like web traffic, conversions, pipeline, and closed won revenue.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience building effective content strategies in a B2B setting.
• Passionate about writing, copyediting, and creative production, with a portfolio to prove it. (Bonus points for a variety of channels and formats).
• Strong understanding of the role that content plays in a B2B SaaS buyer’s journey.
• Remarkable leader, great manager, and passionate teacher.
• Comfortable giving direction and getting feedback to maintain quality content.
• Experience producing and promoting content to drive results through various channels.
• Strong execution muscle—this is a player/coach role requiring a range of skills.
• Strong project management skills to manage long-term strategic initiatives and complex projects.
• In-depth experience measuring a content team’s performance in standard tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Master of Pun(s) and enjoys infusing fun into work.
