Role Description
We are now looking to add a curious and data-driven Site Merchandising, Senior Associate to fuel our growth efforts. This role will sit within the Site Merchandising team, where you will drive ideation and execution for our merchandising strategy, focusing on:
- Merchandising strategy and promotional plans, both paid and unpaid
- Website taxonomy
- UX/UI
Further, you will help own the business metrics, analyzing data and proposing and implementing solutions to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective site merchandising strategies to enhance the visibility and performance of both new and existing products.
- Own and manage the merchandising calendar across various channels to ensure alignment with key business goals, seasonal sales opportunities, and promotional events.
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Procurement to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key site metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement, and revenue, to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to identify successes and areas of improvement.
- Work alongside the Product team to define requirements for new site features aimed at optimizing the shopping experience.
- Lead the strategy for our paid vendor promotions and own the program management end to end.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce site merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make informed decisions and optimize site performance. Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid digital merchandising/advertising and vendor relationship management is a plus.
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
