[Hiring] Senior Associate – Digital Marketing & Communications @Good Business Lab

Role Description

The Senior Associate – Digital Marketing & Communications will be the primary operational owner of GBL’s website and digital marketing systems. The role will ensure that GBL’s research, solutions, insights, and organisational story are presented through accurate, accessible, engaging, and measurable digital experiences.

• Combine hands-on website management with SEO, analytics, digital campaigns, technical support for events, vendor coordination, and cross-functional project management.
• Work closely with colleagues across Marketing & Communications, Growth, Research, Programmes, and Design.
• Convert organisational priorities into effective digital journeys and audience-facing outputs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of content, technology, design, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, website management, integrated communications, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing a CMS or no-code website platform; experience with Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or comparable tools.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, UTMs, conversion tracking, and digital-performance reporting.
• Experience supporting digital campaigns across website, social media, email, and/or paid media.
• Ability to diagnose common website issues, manage responsive QA, and coordinate specialist technical support when required.

• Strong project-management and organisational skills, including managing dependencies and competing deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex information into practical briefs and audience-facing content.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage external partners, communicate risks early, and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Interest in GBL’s mission and commitment to communicating research and social impact responsibly.
