Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SAVP – Marketing & Content Strategy to lead and scale marketing efforts for EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Strategic Growth Unit (SGU). This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for translating PI’s innovation, capabilities, and outcomes into a compelling global market presence.

• Serve as the primary interface between the PI business unit and the Corporate Marketing function.
• Shape a unified go-to-market narrative and ensure high-impact execution across channels.
• Own the end-to-end marketing agenda for PI, spanning:
• Thought leadership
• Large-scale integrated campaigns
• Industry events (conferences, seminars, roundtables)
• Strategic content development
• Ensure alignment between PI growth priorities and enterprise-wide marketing objectives.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Manage the PI marketing portfolio.
• Maintain clear accountability through measurable outcomes and performance tracking.
• Position Payment Integrity as a differentiated, market-leading solution and accelerate SGU growth.
