[Hiring] Senior Assistant, External Marketing @CNX

Role Description

An opportunity is available for an organised and proactive individual is sought to provide maternity cover within the Global Internal Marketing team. The role supports the delivery of communications across internal channels, including email, newsletters, BuzzHub, and CORE, while contributing to employee engagement, learning, wellbeing, HR communications, compliance, and organisational initiatives.

• Coordinating communications activities
• Managing team inboxes and calendars
• Supporting newsletter production
• Publishing content across internal channels
• Tracking approvals, and helping ensure communications are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions, supporting both planned campaigns and ad hoc communication requests

Qualifications

• Degree level studies
• 6 months work experience
• Strong written communication skills (copy-editing)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• Experience with communications, collaboration, or creative tools such as Staffbase, Asana, Canva, or similar platforms would be beneficial but is not required.
