[Hiring] Senior Amazon PPC Lead @MultiplyMii

Role Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Lead to help shape and strengthen the agency’s PPC strategy while managing assigned client accounts. This part-time role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account management, including:

• Campaign optimization
• Automation
• Budgeting
• Performance analysis

The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing PPC Manager, Account Leads, and Project Managers, occasionally joining client calls to present strategy and recommendations. They will also provide account coverage during absences and high-demand periods, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the agency expands its client portfolio. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

• PPC Strategy & Oversight: Guide strategy, targets, budgets, and product priorities across multiple client accounts.
• Coaching & Support: Hold twice-weekly check-ins with the PPC Manager and provide guidance on complex projects.
• Performance Optimization: Review campaign performance and recommend improvements across bids, budgets, targeting, and profitability.
• Automation Management: Advise on the setup and refinement of client-specific bidding rules within the PPC automation platform.
• Team & Client Collaboration: Work with Account Leads, Project Managers, and clients to align PPC initiatives with business goals.
• Account Coverage: Step in to manage and optimize accounts during the primary PPC Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Amazon PPC across multiple client accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of campaign strategy, optimization, budget management, and profitability metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC automation and bid-management tools, preferably PPC Butler.
• Proven client-facing experience presenting PPC performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of how PPC supports broader Amazon marketing, organic growth, and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Amazon agency or multi-client portfolio experience (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience managing high-spend or high-revenue accounts (Nice-to-Have).
