Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon PPC leader to fully own and scale one of our fastest-growing revenue channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for driving both efficiency and aggressive growth through strategic Amazon advertising.
With significant monthly ad spend already in place and plans to scale further, this position will play a critical role in unlocking the next phase of profitable growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who thrives in ownership roles, understands full-funnel Amazon advertising, and has successfully managed large-scale budgets.
Key Responsibilities

Fully own Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (if applicable).

Develop and execute a scalable roadmap to improve efficiency, incrementality, and overall revenue contribution.

Identify growth opportunities across keyword expansion, new product launches, and category scaling.

Build and maintain a long-term strategy for Amazon as a core growth engine.

Manage and optimize a large monthly advertising budget with plans for continued scaling.

Continuously improve key performance metrics including TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, and contribution margin.

Implement advanced bid strategies and campaign structures to maximize performance.

Dynamically allocate spend based on performance data, inventory levels, and business priorities.

Conduct deep performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies.

Design and execute structured testing frameworks across keywords, creatives, placements, and campaign types.

Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.

Partner closely with merchandising, inventory planning, and creative teams to align advertising strategy with product priorities.

Collaborate with analytics and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate attribution and profitability tracking.

Support new product launches with full-funnel advertising strategies.

Build forecasting models to project spend, revenue, and efficiency at scale.

Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic insights.

Define and track KPIs aligned with broader company growth goals.
Qualifications

7+ years of Amazon PPC experience with deep platform expertise.

Proven success managing large monthly ad budgets (typically $300K+).

Experience owning Amazon as a major revenue channel for a high-growth DTC or consumer brand.

Strong understanding of TACOS, contribution margin, incrementality, and full-funnel Amazon strategy.

Advanced expertise in campaign structuring, bid optimization, and scaling frameworks.

Highly analytical with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Hands-on operator comfortable executing while setting long-term strategy.

Experience with Amazon advertising tools and platforms is a plus.
