Manage, mentor, and guide a team of SEO experts (Seniors and Mid-levels), evaluate their performance, and define their career development paths.

Build and lead advanced SEO strategies for our key clients, ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives.

Serve as a senior strategic point of contact for clients, lead important meetings, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee the department's operations, improve workflows, and effectively allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality.

Act as the ultimate expert and reference for the team in solving complex problems and provide strategic guidance to the Seniors.

Work closely with other department managers (e.g., Content and Media Buying) to ensure the delivery of integrated marketing strategies.
Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of total experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity.

A minimum of 1 year of experience within a digital marketing agency (this is a mandatory requirement).

A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable SEO plans.

Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and client relationship management.

Deep understanding of all aspects of SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO).

High proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to extract strategic insights.
