Role Description
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Executive is responsible for executing CRM and loyalty campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement, retention, and incremental revenue. The role focuses on hands-on campaign delivery, journey execution, and performance optimization. This role supports the CRM strategy by translating business requirements into effective, data-driven campaigns and customer journeys.
Role Responsibilities

Campaign Execution (Hands-on Role)

Build, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

Configure and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.

Develop campaign assets using Content Builder and ensure accurate deployment.

Execute campaign briefs in line with business objectives and timelines.

Marketing Automation & Platform Usage

Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, and Audience Builder.

Set up automations, triggers, and workflows for lifecycle campaigns.
-
Ensure data accuracy and proper audience segmentation before campaign execution.

Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery.

Segmentation & Personalization

Create and manage customer segments using SQL and data extensions.

Support personalization strategies through dynamic content and audience targeting.

Execute A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on results.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track campaign KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue impact.

Support post-campaign analysis and reporting.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns.

Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure data availability and accuracy.

Support Manager in campaign planning and execution.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and automation.

Contribute to innovation in CRM and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential.

Strong working knowledge of SQL and data segmentation.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email development.
