Role Description

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to serve as the primary developer supporting one of their largest brands. This is a highly visible role within a tight-knit marketing technology team responsible for powering customer engagement across a contact database of more than 15 million records.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can pivot quickly as business priorities evolve, and enjoys solving complex integration and marketing automation challenges. You'll be the go-to Marketing Cloud developer for the brand, supporting everything from data pipelines and journey automation to API development and platform optimization.

We're looking for someone who can partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and help elevate Marketing Cloud as the central intelligence hub of our marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable navigating organizational dynamics and workflow processes.
• Confident personality with a bit of "sass" and presence.
• Self-starter who does not require highly structured direction.
• Able to pivot quickly between projects and priorities.
• Experience working with AI tools, particularly Claude or similar tools.
