Simplistic, LLC is seeking a strategic and client-focused Retention Marketing Specialist to join our Retention Marketing Team. In this role, youβll manage a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands, driving the execution and evolution of email and SMS marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Lead campaign strategy and performance analysis while serving as a trusted advisor to clients

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a digital strategist or marketer, either agency or client-side

Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing; strong knowledge of retention strategies

Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategy

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated success in managing and growing long-term client relationships

Solid understanding of branding, content strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing

Experience with Klaviyo and Figma is a plus

Benefits

Total compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000
