[Hiring] Regional Marketing Specialist @Kaplan International

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and motivated Regional Marketing Specialist to execute hands-on regional marketing delivery across assigned recruitment regions. You will have a good understanding of the LATAM region, acting as the day-to-day executor and first responder for local marketing needs, accountable for delivering activity independently wherever possible and escalating when specialist templates, tools or strategic clarification are required.

This role operates in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager and takes strategic direction from Marketing Managers (UK / North America), alongside day-to-day localisation guidance from Regional Directors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering marketing activity in regional or international markets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while managing competing priorities.
• Confidence adapting content and activity for local market needs and cultural nuance.
• Comfortable working directly with Regional Directors, recruitment teams and agents.
• Solutions-driven mindset with willingness to take ownership and learn through delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools, data and new ways of working to improve quality, speed and impact in their own areas of work.
• Ability to apply creativity to problem-solving, not just to outputs.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with examples of creative or innovative solutions.
• Evidence of resilience and ability to perform under pressure to meet challenging deadlines or targets.
• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter accountable for outcomes.
