Role Description
Woolpert is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Proposal Team. This position reports to the Senior Proposal Director and is responsible for supporting projects concerning Geospatial Services. The proposal manager is responsible for managing the development of cohesive proposals, including:

Maintaining schedules

Organizing resources

Coordinating assignments and reviews

Implementing win strategy

Ensuring compliance

Resolving internal team issues

Providing process leadership for prime pursuits

Qualifications
-
BA/BS in relevant field and 5-8 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience

Previous proposal experience involving Geospatial Surveys, Aerial Imagery, LiDAR, Hydrographic Surveys, Photogrammetry/Remote Sensing, and other related services highly preferred

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment, positively influence others, and develop strong internal and external relationships

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent problem-solving skills, time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly driven environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities

A high level of self-motivation
Requirements

Lead proposal process through analyzing/outlining solicitation documents

Develop draft proposal documents and lead color review meetings

Ensure established quality assurance/quality process is followed

Participate in and/or attend pursuit pre-RFP meetings

Maintain opportunity, project, and staff data in firm ERP database
-
Coordinate shortlist interview preparation with marketing manager and creative team

Coordinate technical writing assignments with subject matter leadership team

Perform cross-market compliant QA/QC reviews

Identify and support creation of reusable content
-
Research ERP data for experience, teaming, and client history to use in proposals

Participate in capture planning to develop proposal solutions and win themes

Support proposal process improvement through internal lessons learned and client debrief

Actively mentor proposal coordinators and interns

Active participation/leadership in industry trade organizations (APMP, SMPS) is a plus

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay Range: $75,400 β $94,300 USD
