[Hiring] Programmatic Manager @billups

Role Description

As a member of the Programmatic team, the Manager will join the team and report to the Head and Director of Programmatic. This role will help scale billups Programmatic activities in creating proposals, campaign management, and reporting.

• Create programmatic proposals as a response to the RFPs from billups media team.
• Create programmatic campaigns in multiple DSP seats that billups use.
• Manage and optimize current programmatic campaigns.
• Create campaign reports.
• Participate in team training and meetings.
• Support teams to create and execute programmatic campaigns for our clients.
• Negotiate PMP deals with the suppliers.
• Optimize ongoing programmatic campaigns and ensure they are reaching the goals.
• Troubleshoot any issues connected with this process.
• Engage new and existing customers with demo calls and introduction meetings to inform them about existing and upcoming tech products and services.
• Be responsible for maintaining the level of margin and revenue as per KPI, as well as other KPIs connected with this role.
• Work with the Media team to maintain accurate tracking and forecasting revenue and margin growth.
• Perform Media and Business teams training, actively participate in team meetings and workshops.
• Update and maintain internal and external facing Programmatic resources as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years within OOH and Programmatic.
• Select and use appropriate communication methods to meet needs that apply to the current situation.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Contribute to a positive team culture.
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, and/or unexpected events.
• Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in communicating to clients/agencies and media vendors as well as internally.
• Embody billups’ values and cultivate them among your team.

Requirements

• Maintain accuracy across all necessary financial documents, plans, decks, and media authorizations.
• Maintain knowledge of the billups billing process in order to avoid/resolve any discrepancies.
• Work with AD/BD to maintain accurate budget trackers and forecasting for assigned accounts, agencies, and brands.
