In this hands-on role, you will serve as the backbone of our client’s Influencer Marketing program. Working directly alongside the Influencer Lead, you will provide the essential structure and rigor needed to manage a rapidly expanding slate of YouTube and content creator partnerships. You won’t just be tracking numbers; you will be the operational engine that allows our team to build authentic trust with creators in the hobby.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track KPIs and program performance.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor influencer spend, track ROI, and manage the end-to-end payment and invoicing process.
• Program Integrity: Act as a brand guardian by flagging content for brand safety and ensuring all partnerships align with company standards.
• Operational Support: Bring order to a fast-moving, scrappy environment, allowing the Influencer Lead to focus on high-level relationship building.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in influencer or social media program management.
• Data Fluency: A strong comfort level with building and maintaining KPI/ROI reporting.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with budget tracking, vendor management, and payment administration.
• The "X" Factor: A passion for pop culture or the collectibles space is a major plus. If you have experience running your own creator or influencer presence, we definitely want to hear about it!
• Mindset: You are proactive, organized, and excited to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the bottom line.
