Role Description

Keysight Technologies is seeking a curious, organized, and creative Product Marketing & Technical Content Intern to support the Network Visibility organization’s Packet Broker Division. This internship offers an opportunity to combine an interest in technology and computer networking with marketing, research, content development, and project management.

• Work with product marketing, product management, engineering, and field sales teams to transform technical knowledge and existing product resources into compelling, practical content.
• Refresh existing marketing collateral and repurpose valuable content into new formats that address field needs.
• Projects may include:
  • Converting existing INSIGHT presentation content into competitive battlecards.
  • Developing product and solution presentations.
  • Researching competitor messaging and materials.
  • Creating short product demonstrations, setup videos, and instructional resources.
• Use AI-powered tools to support research, organize information, accelerate content development, and streamline video production.
• Success in this role requires curiosity, strong communication skills, an understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• An interest in computer networking, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centers, or enterprise technology.
• Strong research, analytical, and information-organizing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new AI-powered tools and apply them thoughtfully to research and content development.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of computer networking concepts, such as network traffic, switching, routing, network monitoring, or network security.
• Experience developing presentations, technical documentation, marketing content, research summaries, or other communication materials.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for research, writing, summarization, information organization, or content creation.
• Familiarity with video editing, screen recording, AI-assisted video creation, or digital design tools.
• Experience conducting competitive research or synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with project management tools, collaborative review processes, or content management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical information and identify the customer problem, solution benefits, and competitive implications.
• Interest in learning how technology products work together to solve broader customer challenges.
