[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Leap Tools

Role Description

We are looking for a versatile, growth-minded Product Marketing Manager to lead our strategic expansion into the furniture segment. You will develop and lead a go-to-market plan that includes:

• Deploying novel launch tactics
• Identifying winning streaks
• Building high-impact relationships
• Providing our sales team the wedge they need to penetrate new markets

You will be responsible for turning our product’s value into aggressive market traction, focusing on tactical adoption of successful industry strategies over theoretical benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS GTM execution
• Market Hunter Instinct: Ability to find the "wedge" to enter markets and build contacts for industry visibility
• Strategic Agility: Ability to translate competitor successes into tactical wins
• Exceptional storytelling skills: Ability to articulate complex product value into a "must-have" solution for furniture dealers and manufacturers
• Versatility: Adaptable responsibilities as you grow with the company
• Industry Context (Preferred): Experience in furniture, home decor, flooring, or real estate is a significant advantage

Requirements

• Design and execute a strategy for the furniture segment to drive immediate revenue and market traction
• Lead the end-to-end orchestration of product launches
• Monitor competitors and industry shifts to identify successful tactics
• Actively build industry relationships and conduct customer interviews
• Develop tailored messaging for major accounts
• Partner with Product teams to align the roadmap with the needs of the furniture segment
• Track and analyze KPIs focused on market adoption and revenue growth
