Role Description
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, shaping how customer insights translate into end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. You will not only define go-to-market approaches, but also operationalize scalable, repeatable systems that elevate how marketing is executed across merchants, partners, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy, building systems, and diving into ambiguity — someone who can prioritize across competing demands, influence without authority, and drive forward progress with the right level of leadership visibility.

Drive Strategy Through Deep Customer & Data Insight: Translate customer analytics into actionable marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.

Connect end-to-end strategy—from segmentation and positioning through execution—ensuring customer insights consistently inform decisions across all touchpoints.

Own Complex Prioritization Across Merchants & Stakeholders: Balance customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments while managing competing priorities.

Lead End-to-End GTM with Strategic Rigor: Own GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement ensuring execution is grounded in clear strategic intent while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.

Build Scalable Systems & Raise the Bar: Develop repeatable frameworks that improve execution, efficiency, and consistency.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, ideally in fintech or payments.

Proven ability to translate customer data and insights into end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across complex organizations.

Strong prioritization skills across multiple stakeholders and demands.

Experience building scalable systems or frameworks for marketing execution.
