[Hiring] Product Marketing Associate Manager @eTeam

Role Description

We’re looking for an Associate Manager for Product Marketing to join our Ads & Promotions Marketing team to help build products and tools to support advertisers using Client’s ads platform. Our Ads Marketing team is growing rapidly and this person will be a leader on the team, help scale the PMM function, and grow one of Client’s key businesses.

• Lead the charge on defining the positioning for the advertising and promotions platform.
• Develop the marketing strategy to launch new features and grow existing products for our Enterprise Advertisers and Partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to run research to unearth insights that will inform product & marketing decisions.
• Support experimentation to reach product-market fit.
• Run marketing tactics to drive scalable growth, focusing on Franchise advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. You will be deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of advertisers. You will have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior product leaders. You should be comfortable working closely with customer-facing teams (sales, account management) in addition to leading scaled marketing efforts.

• Support B2B marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement to grow users of new and existing advertising and promotions products, in partnership with Product, Sales, and Business strategy.
• Support building the ads & promotion products positioning, messaging, naming, and value propositions.
• Develop audience insights with research and analytics to surface opportunities to business and product leadership to influence the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs at scale, including partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Comms, Events, Business Strategy, Finance, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in adtech Product Marketing or Product at a corporate or startup environment.
• Experience working in the CPG or restaurant industry, in-house, or at an agency, or as a consultant.
• Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact.
• Fluent with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand the efficacy of campaigns; SQL experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) to build products or services for business customers.
