Role Description
We are seeking a Product Marketer to optimize product pages, improve conversion rates, and develop category-specific marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a strategic approach to increasing profitability.
- Optimize product pages to improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV) through bundle sales
- Monitor all live discounts and cost structures (ads, refunds, procurement costs, etc.) to maximize profit margins
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product selection, align product images, and integrate customer feedback for better quality control
- Develop audience targeting strategies for different sub-categories (e.g., activewear vs. party dresses)
- Create creative requests to improve ad performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of product marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize conversion rates and profit margins based on data insights
- Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce operations and cost structures in supply chains and advertising
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Overview of Our Interview Process
