Role Description
Collectively’s Producers are responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap, including production planning, briefing, content, and reporting. This role reports directly to the Director of Production, and will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
The Producer role is responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns:

Project Management
-
Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticals.

Develop and manage to program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with key KPIs met.

Ensure cross-functional collaboration and contributions to projects happen successfully throughout the production phase.

Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports.

Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion.

Proactively inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings.

On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots.

Excel at adopting and utilizing key tech and SaaS platforms.
Influencer Casting & Management

Responsible for successful casting of influencers for campaigns, whether via briefs to Collectively’s casting partner or by utilizing our casting CRM tool directly.

Leverage Collectively’s process, tools, and historical performance to provide strategic and relevant talent recommendations.

Lead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for active campaigns, providing strong rationale for potential candidates.

Conduct outreach to our influencer Community, new potential partners, and their respective agents, to gauge interest in Collectively campaigns.

Track availability, rates, and other key details related to the project to assess influencer alignment/fit.

Work cross-functionally to manage scaled seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish, including influencer recruitment, community development and management, product fulfillment, and content tracking.

Create surveys for additional information and opt-ins.
Client Services
-
Serve as a client point of contact during the production phase of projects.

Bring Production POV to internal and client-facing meetings, including being prepared with key project information, documenting the meeting for internal and external stakeholders.

Respond quickly to any client inquiries or requests and work with internal team members to gather information, input, or review.

Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients across a variety of mediums, including email, phone, in-person and slides (Keynote/Google Slides).

Prepare and organize regular campaign updates for clients.

Partner with Client Partnerships (Collectively’s revenue team) during key client journey moments to ensure a seamless client services experience.

Coordinate involvement and contributions from a variety of cross-functional contributors, ensuring their work is delivered on time and on brief.

With the support of Production leadership, troubleshoot production challenges and deliver thoughtful solutions that meet client or project needs.
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience (in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar).

Proven client services skills, including verbal, written and presentation communication abilities.

An ability and willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful content.

Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.

Ability to work across 5+ strategic client projects at a time.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $78,000 to $90,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
