Role Description

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. If you know all the latest trends, memes, and TikToks, and believe in the power of social media and community management to change hearts, minds, and drive sales, this role is for you. This exciting freelance opportunity based in South Korea will allow you to collaborate with the local team and learn from global experts. You will manage and drive our strategy expertise, familiar with the Aussie landscape.

As a Post Creative Strategist, you will:

• Develop strategy solutions from brand strategy to tactical social, content, and influencer strategies.
• Provide insights and research to the Creative team, offering continuous recommendations based on evolving conversations.
• Synergize with the Creative team, deeply rooted in the purpose of ‘customer first’.
• Craft content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts with ease.
• Understand community management and social listening to deeply understand people.
• Read and internalize social media comments, differentiating behaviors on different platforms.
• Bring the consumer’s world to life for creative teams and clients using qualitative and cultural mining.
• Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow to form compelling stories.
• Detail out ideas and insights in a clear manner that can sell.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to craft engaging content and strategies.
• Experience in community management and social listening.
• Proficiency in data analysis and consumer insights.
