Role Description

We’re helping our client find a Social Media Manager (Content & Performance) to own and elevate their social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving both content strategy and execution, balancing strong brand storytelling with performance-led thinking to increase engagement, reach, and conversions. You will sit at the intersection of content creation, community building, and growth, ensuring social media contributes directly to business performance.

• Own and execute end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product drops, and key trading moments
• Create, produce, and publish engaging short-form video and static content tailored to platform best practices
• Develop and manage core content pillars including UGC, brand storytelling, product education, styling, and lifestyle content
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to maximise reach and engagement
• Collaborate with paid media and growth teams to align organic content with performance objectives
• Identify, manage, and grow relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and consistent brand voice management
• Analyse content performance and iterate based on insights to improve results
• Maintain a consistent, premium, and elevated brand aesthetic across all social channels

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (DTC, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms
• Proven ability to create content that drives both engagement and conversion
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Experience with iPhone-first content creation and native social production
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and viral content structures
• Experience working alongside paid media or performance marketing teams
• Strong aesthetic judgment with an eye for premium, elevated brand content
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, learning, and iteration
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Background in influencer marketing or creator management
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-growth digital brands
• Exposure to performance creative strategy for paid social campaigns
• Experience building or scaling social media systems and workflows
