[Hiring] Performance Marketing Specialist @LGH Group

Role Description

We’re looking for a native Dutch, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing activities across Europe. This is a new in-house role designed to drive campaign performance and deliver smarter, more effective digital marketing at scale.

• Manage and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns
• Improve website and landing page performance
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams and external agencies to tailor campaigns for different markets
• Utilise analytics to understand digital activity contributions to leads, conversions, and ROI

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker
• 2–4 years’ experience in a performance or digital marketing role
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO (on-page and content-focused)
• Confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insights
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing projects independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

• Experience working across multiple markets/languages (desirable)
• Understanding of technical products or willingness to undergo training and self-improvement in this area (desirable)
• Demonstrated ambition to grow within the role and contribute additional value to the team (desirable)
