Role Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for paid media and digital growth systems that generate qualified leads for Tardus. This is a performance-based role β not a general marketing position.

Primarily responsible for building, testing, and scaling paid campaigns that produce consistent, cost-efficient lead flow.

Success is measured by outcomes you directly control: lead volume, lead quality, and campaign performance within budget.

This role operates independently within defined systems and requires strong judgment, data fluency, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Ownership
-
Responsible for paid acquisition across social media channels
-
Design, test, and scale ads and related campaigns
-
Continuously optimize audiences, creative, and funnel performance
-
Maintain clear campaign structure, tracking, and reporting
-
Marketing Channel Performance & Conversion
-
Optimize landing page and website performance and conversion optimization
-
Identify and drive improvements in funnel conversion rates
-
Collaborate with the IT department for implementation
-
Ensure lead capture, routing, and tracking function reliably
-
Design marketing to generate qualified leads for the annual conference

AI-Driven Content Direction

Produce, direct and refine AI-generated marketing content by AI avatars

Review and edit content for paid campaigns and marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, blog)

Ensure messaging consistency and compliance across campaigns and funnels

Align content with performance data and campaign objectives

Nurture & Growth System Support

Create, monitor, review and edit lead magnet nurture sequence performance
-
Monitor lead routing tools for consistency and accuracy
-
Collaborate with the Affiliate/Vendor Manager to produce affiliate campaign assets

Create, monitor and improve client referral campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications

Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns

Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics

Ability to translate data into clear optimization decisions

Comfortable leveraging AI tools for design, scripts and marketing campaigns

Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent in execution

Able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
-
Experience using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and similar technology tools is preferred
