[Hiring] Performance Marketing Manager @Trivium

Role Description

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Manager to implement Trivium’s strategy across all digital channels. While this role functions primarily as a Paid Media Manager, the ideal candidate is a versatile, senior-level marketing generalist capable of managing YouTube, LinkedIn, and organic email marketing.

The ideal candidate has a heavy project management background who can leverage AI to scale output and keep every moving part of our marketing engine on track. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis to consistently improve the company’s social media practices and qualified lead generation over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn to drive qualified lead generation.
• Fully own, create, and manage content and strategy for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Creating and executing a plan for keyword dominance on YouTube to become the number 1 authority on Amazon.
• Plan and execute email strategies using HubSpot. Develop segmented lists and optimize automated workflows.
• Act as a "central hub" for marketing; stay on top of all team members and projects to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Effectively utilize AI tools to streamline content creation for LinkedIn, YouTube scripts, and email copy without sacrificing brand voice.
• Manage lead magnet projects, including guide copywriting/design and landing page funnel/automation.
• Continuously capture and analyze social data, paid media metrics, and emerging trends to refine strategies.
• Work with email copywriters and other departments (Sales, Customer Relations) to manage reputation and coordinate cross-functional actions.
• Prepare high-level weekly marketing division reports for the CEO and Head of Content.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and spoken communication is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube with a focus on ROI.
• Deep experience in project management; highly organized, "tight" on details, and capable of holding others accountable.
• Must have experience with YouTube (organic/paid), LinkedIn (growth/outreach), and Email Marketing.
• High level of comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and content quality across marketing channels.
• Adequate knowledge of HubSpot (or similar automation software) and various analytics platforms.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
