[Hiring] Performance Marketing Manager @Leap Tools

Role Description

We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale a multi-client portfolio. In 2026, media buying is automated, but winning requires a human who can architect the data, audit the AI, and ensure LLM visibility. You are a hands-on operator who doesn't just chase a low CPC, but builds systems that drive high-value ROAS. What you’ll do

• Growth & ROAS Strategy: Develop full-funnel performance strategies, managing AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to ensure client visibility in AI-generated search summaries and conversational interfaces.
• Precision Execution: Own the daily health of Google Ads and Meta Ads, leveraging automated bidding while manually steering through negative keyword sculpting, audience layering, and match-type hygiene.
• Conversion Architecture & AEO: Manage the technical "source of truth" using GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Server-Side Tracking to ensure conversion data is correctly fed back into LLMs.
• Lead Quality Control: Optimize for CPL (Cost Per Lead) while prioritizing Lead-to-Close metrics, implementing feedback loops for AI to find "customers," not just "clicks."
• Dynamic Creative Orchestration: Write and test high-impact, conversion-focused ad copy using AI tools for generating and iterating on headlines and descriptions.
• Data Storytelling (Looker Studio): Build sophisticated, real-time dashboards that translate complex performance data into clear business outcomes, proactively identifying ROAS trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 Years in Performance Marketing: Proven track record in an agency environment managing multiple PPC/SEM accounts simultaneously.
• Algorithmic Fluency: Deep experience with Google’s Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Meta’s Advantage+ campaigns.
• Technical Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Search Intent Expert: Understanding of mapping user intent across the funnel.
• Lead Gen Specialist: A "hunter" mindset for lead quality.
• AI-Enabled Workflow: Savvy with LLMs for research and copywriting.
• Strategic Communicator: Ability to explain the shift from "Keyword Search" to "AI Discovery" to clients.
