[Hiring] Performance Marketing Manager @MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR

Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution and optimization across both MassMedia’s internal marketing engine and select client campaigns. This role is responsible for driving the team to performance - translating strategy into action—owning channel performance, driving demand, and ensuring MassMedia and our clients show up with clarity, consistency, and impact across digital touchpoints.

• Own and execute MassMedia’s internal performance marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels.
• Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts in collaboration with paid media, creative, PR, and strategy teams.
• Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with clear goals, tracking, and ROI.
• Develop high-impact presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets that clearly communicate MassMedia’s value and results.
• Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or professional services setting.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable holding people accountable and driving the teams to performance.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project-management tools.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.

Requirements

• Compensation: Base salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
