Role Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our global Growth team with a focus on scalable, profitable user acquisition through paid media channels like Google/Meta/Microsoft/display.

Own paid marketing campaigns from start to finish, launching and optimizing across various platforms and markets.
Focus on profitable user acquisition, working closely with a Country/Market Manager to implement the right strategies.
Have independence/autonomy around budget management, spreading it across various channels.
Drive traffic to both web and mobile platforms that we own.
Dive deep into data to understand performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Test, iterate, measure, and analyze to adapt and evolve the approach to paid media.

Qualifications

Proven track record of acquiring new users at scale through SEA/SEM, ideally in the ecommerce or B2C space.
Familiarity with core channels like Google and Meta, with interest in exploring new growth channels.
Experience across the full range of campaign management, from strategy to coordinating creative to writing copy and optimizing through data analysis.
Fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with team members around the world.
