Role Description
- Lead the development and execution of paid social media strategies across platforms like Meta and Instagram, ensuring they align with the overall marketing goals of the company.
- Design and implement innovative ad campaigns that increase traffic, generate leads, and drive conversions, taking full responsibility for performance optimization.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand demographics and develop tailored marketing strategies that resonate with our target customers.
- Utilize analytics tools (such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics) to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring objectives are met and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content and visuals that align with brand messaging and capture audience attention.
- Oversee budget management for social media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine and enhance marketing tactics.
- Develop clear reporting metrics and communicate results and insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and platform guidelines to maintain ethical marketing practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment encouraging team feedback and ideas to innovate and improve performance strategies.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social media.
- A proven track record of creating and managing successful paid social campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A keen eye for creative content and a strong understanding of brand identity.
- Familiarity with the healthcare, dental, or wellness sectors is a plus.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
