The Role
What youβll own:

Strategic & Performance Ownership

Take ownership of account direction, not just reporting

Assess accounts and determine what should be happening, what needs to change, and what to prioritise next

Review performance across Meta Ads (primary focus), email campaigns, and landing pages
-
Identify what is working, what is not working, and what needs to change
-
Translate performance into clear actions and priorities
-
Creative & Delivery Direction
-
Turn performance insights into creative briefs, campaign actions, and execution tasks
-
Create clear tickets for designers, video editors, and email specialists
-
Ensure output aligns with strategy and performance goals
-
Pod Coordination
-
Manage delivery across 3β5 client accounts
-
Ensure timelines and deliverables are met
-
Coordinate across internal team members
-
Maintain structure in tools (Trello, Slack, etc.)
-
Build and refine pod processes to ensure repeatability, consistency, and scalability across accounts
-
Async Client Communication
-
Provide regular updates to clients via Slack or messaging on performance summaries, actions taken, and next steps
-
Maintain consistent communication between calls
-
Ensure clients understand what is happening, why it is happening, and whether performance is on track
-
Call Support & Preparation
-
Prepare Alex for client calls with performance summaries, key insights, and recommended actions
-
Join client calls where needed to support with technical depth and answer detailed questions
-
Not responsible for leading calls
Qualifications
-
5+ years in a digital agency environment
-
Strong experience in paid media (Meta), direct response marketing, and performance analysis
-
Deep familiarity with DTC / ecommerce marketing
-
Experience coordinating delivery across teams and can overlap with US hours

Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

Strong operator mindset (executes, not just thinks)

Able to interpret performance data and act on it

Able to set direction for accounts

Able to direct creative and campaigns

Strong written communication

Confident in async client communication

Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency (AI-native mindset)
