[Hiring] Performance Marketing Designer @Stealth

Role Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Designer with proven hands-on experience creating high-performing paid social ads for DTC/B2C brands, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This is a performance marketing role, not a brand design or organic social role.

You should have hands-on experience creating both static ads and short-form video ads, including UGC-style creative, and be comfortable producing multiple creative variations, testing different hooks and visual directions, and iterating based on performance data.

You'll own both static and video creative across our paid social channels, working closely with our creative strategist and marketing team to continuously test, learn, and improve creative performance.

What You'll Do:

• Design performance-driven static and short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid social channels
• Create UGC-style, testimonial, product-focused, motion, and AI generated ad creatives
• Turn hooks, customer pain points, offers, and marketing concepts into compelling direct-response creative
• Create multiple ad variations to test different hooks, messaging, formats, layouts, and visual directions
• Use motion, typography, subtitles, and animation to improve creative performance
• Use AI image and video generation tools as part of your day-to-day creative workflow
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on results and feedback
• Collaborate closely with the creative strategist and marketing team on concepts, tests, and winning creative directions
• Move quickly and manage a high volume of creative in a fast-paced performance marketing environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Proven hands-on experience creating paid social performance creative for DTC, e-commerce, or B2C brands
• Strong experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates real paid social / performance marketing work - not primarily branding, organic social, or general graphic design
• Professional experience creating both static ads and short-form video ads, including UGC-style creative
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative, hooks, conversion-focused advertising, and creative testing
• Ability to create and iterate multiple creative variations based on performance data
• Strong hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools for marketing creative
• Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong English communication skills and an understanding of U.S. consumer marketing
• Experience working at a DTC/e-commerce brand or performance marketing/creative agency is a strong plus
• DTC health, wellness, or subscription experience is a plus
