Role Description

The Performance Marketer will lead efforts in the Paid Media team, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver effective media strategies and solutions.

• Fully strategize, develop, manage, and report on multi-channel digital paid media programs.
• Own performance against defined KPIs and proactively adjust strategy to improve results.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of client goals and business objectives.
• Conduct thorough paid media audits with actionable recommendations.
• Build strategic media plans based on market research and historical client data.
• Design and execute ongoing experimentation programs for performance improvement.
• Have hands-on experience in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Apply account-based marketing principles within paid media.
• Manage day-to-day platform optimizations and vendor relationships.
• Identify performance opportunities beyond media platforms.
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate performance data effectively.
• Provide strategic recommendations for client growth.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to performance improvement.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for performance marketing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing, business, or technology fields (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in paid media execution and optimization.
• Experience planning and optimizing media across different stages of the funnel.
• Accountability for performance results, not just campaign execution.
• Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellence in strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• 4+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience.

Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods and minimal lifting required.
• Some travel may be required.
