Key Responsibilities

Oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including YouTube, websites, media, Instagram, coupon platforms, and CPA networks, via Impact Radius and other affiliate platforms.

Onboard new affiliate partners for Skylum products, signing agreements to ensure clear terms.

Review videos, media, metadata, and other content to ensure they align with contractual commitments.

Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns across key regions, using various A/B tests to refine campaigns and communication.

Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns, adjust commission structures, and optimize budget allocation to achieve ROI targets and meet KPIs.

Build, nurture, and reactivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to enhance product reach and engagement.

Evaluate historical and current data, user insights, marketing strategies, and business objectives to improve affiliate strategies and influencer marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, SEO, PPC, Brand, Legal, Finance) for seamless asset delivery, product updates, and campaign coordination.

Research, assess, and stay informed about new technologies and trends in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
-
2+ years’ experience driving results in affiliate/partnership or influencer marketing.

Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or Rakuten, and general program policies and competitors.

Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc., at a strong level.

Proven experience using AI tools to optimise marketing campaigns and workflows.

Experience with CPA. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is also highly desirable.

A data-driven approach to work; strong analytical and fraud management skills.

Great sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to self-organize and accept challenges, looking for new ways to solve problems, and grow the business.

Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian communication skills. Any other language would be an advantage.
