[Hiring] Partner Marketing Programs Associate @Elastic

Role Description

Elastic’s Partner Marketing team supports programs and experiences that help partners engage customers and support adoption of Elastic solutions. These programs include partner events, briefings, and special initiatives that require coordination, attention to detail, and consistent execution.

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Program Associate to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of partner experiences and partner marketing programs. This role works closely with partner marketing team members and cross-functional teams to support high-quality partner-facing activities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Programs & Experiences
  • Support execution of partner experiences, including events, briefings, and partner activities
  • Assist with preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up activities
  • Help ensure partner programs are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards
• Coordination & Execution
  • Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and inputs across teams
  • Maintain trackers, documentation, and program status updates
  • Assist with logistics, scheduling, and task follow-through
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with partner marketing team members and internal stakeholders
  • Share updates and raise questions when clarification is needed
  • Apply feedback to improve accuracy and consistency of work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, program coordination, or a related role
• Experience supporting customer-facing or partner-facing activities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within defined timelines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders
• Availability for occasional travel as needed

Requirements

• Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
• The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $68,200 — $107,900 CAD.
• Factors influencing salary include relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
• This role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
• Total rewards package includes a company-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings.
