Role Description
Weβre looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to help us change the way the world works, with anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Parallels Growth Marketing team and responsible for supporting our channel partners drive pipeline by implementing & monitoring the execution of the partner program(s). You will also be responsible for partner recruitment campaigns. You will work with a global sales team and closely align to the Partner Programs and Enablement manager.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will:

Strategy & tactical planning:
Define global co-marketing strategies, create joint value propositions, and develop scalable marketing programs.

Campaign execution:
Plan and launch joint demand generation campaigns, content marketing initiatives, events, and thought leadership programs.

Regional activation:
Support regional marketing teams by providing global programs and toolkits to activate campaigns locally.

Channel & ecosystem strategy:
In partnership with stakeholders, develop and execute campaigns to support overall tech alliance strategy.

Performance management:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline influence to optimize future initiatives.
Specific areas of focus include:

MDF strategy:
Build strategy based on analytical analysis, management & execution of future and ongoing activities, maintain budget with focus on ROI, performance analysis of past activities, overall plan and recommendations for allocation.

Partner marketing:
Plan and execute partner recruitment strategy, marketing plan via partner (Relevize, webinars, co-marketing campaigns etc.), market to existing partner (comms, webinar, guide, assets on portal, etc.), managing onboarding experience in partnership with Enablement, ongoing planning with CAMβs, events, enablement and other cross-functional team members, educate and enable cross-functional team on overall strategy, specific campaigns, and report on results.
Qualifications

3-5 years in partner, channel, or B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or software industry.

Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies and execute them on a global and local scale.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using data to track performance and generate insights.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously.

Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies like demand generation, content marketing, and events.

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
