[Hiring] Paid Social Trainee @ refurbed

Role Description

Support the team in implementing initiatives in our channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube) to optimize the performance of our campaigns, increase incremental revenue, and strengthen our brand awareness.

• Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization as well as interesting insights and trends.
• Assist the team with our creatives management process to ensure we deliver the best ads by providing creative input and collaborating with designers and external partners.
• Co-manage ad accounts for some of our markets, which entails regular performance analysis and campaign implementation and optimisations.
• Follow the test and learn approach with the team to further advance the set up of our campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the paid social team as needed, including documentation and file management.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated drive for continuous learning and growth, coupled with proactive pursuit of development opportunities.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Possesses a structured approach to work, executing tasks methodically for optimal outcomes.
• Strong interest and knowledge in marketing, particularly paid social media marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating collaboration within team environments.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic work settings, with a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Comfortable working with data, employing an analytical mindset to derive insights and make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
