Role Description
Reporting to the Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. As Paid Search Executive, you will be the day-to-day steward of paid search media for assigned brands, overseeing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. This role is responsible for driving performance through data-driven insights, innovative search activation, and collaboration across teams and partners. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, contributing to some of the agency’s most dynamic and performance-driven campaigns.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Campaign Management & Optimization

Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other key platforms.

Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign structuring to align with business objectives.

Monitor pacing, budgets, and bids to ensure delivery and performance goals are met.

Proactively identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, search query insights, and A/B testing.

Manage and QA campaign implementation to ensure accuracy and performance tracking integrity.

Analysis & Reporting

Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Develop clear and compelling reports with strong data visualization and strategic recommendations.

Support the team in monthly billing, reconciliation, and campaign actualization.

Collaboration & Communication

Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by fostering open communication, knowledge exchange, and shared accountability for results.

Present campaign strategies, optimizations, and performance results to internal teams and clients in a clear, confident, and solutions-oriented manner.
You will be working remotely in EST hours.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Skai.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with AI-driven campaign tools (e.g., Performance Max, scripts, automated bidding).

Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency setting.
