We're hiring a Paid Search & Social Specialist to own both channels end-to-end. Not manage vendors who run them. Not assist a larger team. Own them β strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Paid Search

Google Ads and Bing Ads strategy and execution across new inventory, used inventory, fixed ops, and conquest campaigns

Keyword architecture, match type strategy, negative keyword management, and bid logic

GA4 and GTM tracking β pixel/tag implementation, conversion event configuration, data integrity
-
Emerging search channel strategy: AI-driven search (SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search) as advertising surfaces mature

Paid Social
-
Meta Ads strategy and full-funnel execution β new vehicle, used inventory, service, and group-level brand
-
Audience architecture: cold prospecting, warm engagement, and retargeting layers with matched creative strategy

Creative testing framework: hypothesis-driven, documented, and tied to business outcomes
-
Attribution management in a post-iOS 14 environment β aggregated event measurement, modeled conversions, honest reporting

Cross-Channel & Reporting

Performance reporting that connects paid activity to leads, appointments, and sales β not just platform metrics

Budget allocation and reallocation logic across both channels based on performance data

Collaboration with leadership on promotions, inventory priorities, and seasonal strategy
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on paid search AND paid social experience β not just one or the other
-
Automotive, real estate, home services, or other high-ticket/considered-purchase category experience strongly preferred

Google Ads certified or equivalent demonstrated fluency β you can audit and rebuild account structure from scratch

Meta Ads Manager depth: campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing, pixel/AEM configuration

GA4 and GTM literacy: you understand how conversions are configured, where data breaks down, and how to fix it

Post-iOS 14 attribution fluency: you can explain the gaps and demonstrate you've adapted your workflow

Strong analytical instincts: you move between platform data and business outcomes without losing the thread

Independent operator: you don't need a team around you to execute β but you communicate clearly when you do
Requirements

Experience with AI-driven search advertising surfaces (Performance Max, SGE, AI Overviews, conversational retrieval)

Familiarity with dealership CRM platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, VinSolutions)

Experience managing paid media across multi-location or franchise environments

Comfort with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting/dashboard tools

TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid channel experience
Benefits

Competitive base salary: $70,000β$90,000 depending on experience
