Role Description
This role involves supporting our paid advertising execution across Google and Meta platforms. Youβll be responsible for launching, optimizing, and managing paid campaigns using our existing playbooks, maintaining account hygiene, and delivering consistent performance.

Launch and manage paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads based on Resiβs SOPs and templates

QA campaigns before and after launch to prevent and catch errors early

Monitor spend pacing and performance trends across search, PMax, display, and social campaigns

Identify accounts that fall outside normal performance bands and escalate them to the PPC Strategist

Run A/B experiments defined by the strategist and ensure consistent, accurate implementation

Document campaign changes and surface insights that inform broader portfolio strategy

Keep accounts clean and organized, including naming conventions, budgets, and tracking setup

Coordinate with the Paid Media Strategist on execution priorities and escalating issues

Support ongoing optimizations and basic reporting

Work inside Resiβs PPC playbook β following standardized processes for setups, optimizations, routing, naming, QA, and reporting

Log issues, anomalies, or recurring patterns that may indicate opportunities for system updates or automation

Provide feedback that helps improve SOPs, templates, and workflow efficiency

Work closely with the PPC Strategist to ensure campaigns align with overall property performance goals

Partner with Data/Analytics to surface tracking issues, support reporting accuracy, and validate data integrity

Coordinate with the Content Specialist for ad copy or creative requests as needed

Work with the Client Performance team to ensure campaigns reflect current leasing, occupancy, or market priorities
Qualifications

1β3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns (agency or in-house)

Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics

Experience building campaigns from scratch and managing them across the full lifecycle

Comfort working inside structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes

High attention to detail β you donβt miss naming conventions, mismatched URLs, budget pacing issues, or conversion gaps

Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple properties, and maintain steady, consistent execution

Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, TapClicks, or similar analytics/reporting tools is a plus

Multifamily or property marketing experience is a big bonus, but not required
