Role Description
The Mgr, Paid Media at Justrite Safety Group plays a critical, high-impact role driving measurable growth across our family of trusted brands. This role will own and optimize the paid media investment across search, social, retail media (including Amazon), and emerging channels—translating business goals into smart, data-driven media strategies that directly influence revenue and lead generation.

Manage paid advertising channels, including (but not limited to) Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.

Oversee retail media network spend in key retailers including Amazon.

Control and optimize a six-figure monthly paid media budget with ROAS and CAC discipline.

Monitor budget pacing, ensure efficiency across channels, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.

Translate marketing goals into actionable media strategies and campaigns that connect directly to revenue and lead outcomes.

Optimize Conversion Funnel KPIs by analyzing the entire funnel, formulating hypotheses, and running tests to improve CVR, AOV, Market Basket, and other relevant funnel KPIs to drive improved ROAS.

Conduct thorough and ongoing analysis to identify opportunities & trends, optimize performance, create actionable insights, and refine targeting.

Create dashboards, reports, and scorecards to provide visibility and regular updates to key stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with creative, content, web, and video marketing partners to align messaging, landing page, and audience strategies.

Leverage AI to craft and optimize copy, content, and iterative tests.

Develop a monthly experimentation roadmap.

Hands-on campaign setup and troubleshooting, comfortable reviewing account structures, implementing tags, and validating tracking.

Partner with analytics and Martech to implement effective tagging, tracking, and measurement.

Identify new digital advertising and PPC platforms, audiences, and creative formats to fuel experimentation and performance growth.

Collaborate with members of the PPC team for optimal performance across all Justrite Safety Group campaigns.
Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
-
3-5+ years of experience in retail media network marketing
-
3-5+ years of experience creating, implementing, and running large scale paid campaigns

Experience owning the paid media approach and execution for an ecommerce brand

Experience driving successful lead generation in a B2B environment

Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and YouTube ads

Experience in Pacvue Advertising a plus

Compensation
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience, and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
